š Recipe & Instructions:
š 6 Bell Peppers
š Cilantro
š 1 Lime
š 1.5lbs of Grilled Chicken
š .5 Cup of Water
š 1 Packet of Fajita Seasoning Mix
š 2 Cup of Rice
š Taco Sauce
š 1 Cup of Mexican-Style Cheese Blend
1. Clean, dry, & cut tops off bell peppers
2. De-seed & de-rib the bell peppers
3. De-seed & dice the bell pepper tops
4. Place bell peppers & diced tops in a glass baking dish
5. Finely chop your cilantro & set aside
6. Cut your lime in half & set aside
7. Oil your pan on Med-high heat & add chicken breast - make sure their cooked through
8. Add .5 cup of water & fajita seasoning mix to your chicken breast, mixing thoroughly
9. Add two cups of cooked rice, & mix thoroughly
10. Add cilantro & juice of your lime, mix thoroughly
11. Remove chicken & rice mix from heat
12. Preheat oven to 350-degrees
13. Fill peppers with chicken & rice mix
14. Cover with aluminum foil & bake for 40min.
15. Remove foil & add chicken & rice mix to chopped peppers, adding taco sauce, & Mexican blend cheese to peppers
16. Bake, uncovered, for 10-15min.
17. Remove, plate, & enjoy
