Lornie (and my new canine friend Archie) took me up Snake Mountain to behold a vast view of Lake Champlain. It was a really vigorous hike that she does all the time because she is badass that way... The kind where you are like "wow I can actually feel my bone density improving and my glutes firing" and was three billion times better than my peloton hiking treadmill workout or any other class I may do with the word "power" placed before the title. This was genuine Power Forest Bathing!
