Spring Gimlet INGREDIENTS: 2 oz gin 1 oz elderflower liqueur 1 oz lime juice 1/2 oz simple syrup 2-3 cucumber slices METHOD: Add cucumber, lime juice and simple syrup to cocktail shaker. Muddle.
