the good & bad of coffee: my nutrition professor would always refer to coffee as “bean tea” and was all for one to two cups of coffee a day. Coffee beans are loaded with anti oxidants & the slow release of caffeine creates a moderate stress on the body, which is healthy for your heart, cell efficiency & metabolism but there is obviously always too much of a good thing. picture a bell curve or an upside down U — with 0 to 4 running along the curve. 0 cups of coffee is not ideal and neither is 3-4. 1-2 cups a day can be truly healthy if you find it works well with your mind & emotions as for prepping for that harsh acidity on your tummy, make sure you have a morning routine that aligns with protecting your gut — water, probiotics & movement. I personally am not a fan of many supplements — in fact, the only two I reach for consistently are @seed & magnesium spray (magnesium is best absorbed topically rather than digested) If you do want to try seed, I have a code you can use for 15% off your first month 🫶 I saw changes right away so it may be worth while to just see how you go for 30 days OLIVIAVICTORIA for 15% off @seed DS-01TM Daily Synbiotic If that doesn’t interest you, try having Greek yogurt first thing in the morning or a small glass of kombucha to introduce probiotics first thing. Let me know how you feel after making these small changes! x #seeduaffiliate #accountable @seeduniversity #healthyhabits #healthymorningroutine #morningroutine #wellnessroutine #morningwellness #movement
