How to get your curls back from years of straightening โœจpart Iโœจ Stay tuned for part II. I always get asked HOW? So here I go... going back to the basics ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ ๐Ÿ’—First of all, if you want your curls back...you need to stop straightening your hair. At least for the very first year to start seeing results. You wonโ€™t see results if you keep doing it ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿฝโ€โ™€๏ธ ๐Ÿ’— Trimming your ends regularly is so IMPORTANT ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿฝ There are two options: The big chop (the act of cutting away any damaged parts of your hair, this leaves the curls typically styled in a short cut) & transitioning, which I chose to do and trim a few inches every single month. (This process takes longer) ๐Ÿ’— Understanding your hair porosity, density and texture is way more important than where do you fit in the curl chart. I have different curl patterns all over my hair, I donโ€™t fit in one single one ๐Ÿ˜… ๐Ÿ’— Choose what treatment do you want to start using. You can start by getting a good deep conditioner. ๐Ÿ’— Easy & simple changes will make such a big difference. LIKE & SAVE this one for when you donโ€™t know where to start your journey :) #curlyhair #hair #naturalhair #curls #curlyhairstyles #curly #hairstyles #curlygirl #beauty #hairstyle #explorepage #longhair #hairgoals #wavyhair #straighthair #naturalhairstyles #hairstylist #healthyhair #cachos #explore #instagood #haircut #haircare #curlygirlmethod #curlyhairjourney #beforeandafter #onduladas #rizadas
