Small batch double chocolate cookies 🍪 and by small I mean this recipe yields 2 cookies or 1 large cookie 😛 Recipe 2 Tbsp melted butter 2 Tbsp brown sugar 1 large egg yolks Splash vanilla 5 Tbsp flour 1 Tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp baking soda Pinch salt Choc chips + flaky salt Directions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment. 2. In a bowl, mix together butter, brown sugar, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, sifted cocoa powder and salt. Fold in choc chips. 3. Divide in half and roll into round balls. You could also make one large cookie. Top with more choc chips and flaky salt. 4. Bake 350F for 12 minutes.
