Meals I eat weekly to reach my fitness goals and maintain muscle! All of these recipes include the same similar ingredients, but a variety of ways to use them! Recipes are in my ebooks and saved to my meal highlights on my feed!
Grocery:
fruit/veg
- banana, strawberries
- arugula, spinach, tomato, avocado, zucchini, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato
protein/ dairy
- ground beef, chicken, eggs
- cottage cheese, whole milk, whole milk, Greek yogurt
carbs/ other
- almond flour tortilla, sourdough bread, jasmine rice, brown rice pasta, @sietefoods chips
- granola, @mush , protein powder, nut butter, paleo pancake mix
breakfast:
- pb and j protein overnight oats bowl
- mint chip protein smoothie
- strawberry shortcake protein pancakes
- Cookie dough chia seed bowl
Lunch/brunch:
- vegetable egg tacos
- avocado & cottage cheese toast w eggs
- carrot chicken nourish bowl
- fried egg & rotisserie chicken salad
Dinner:
- ground beef baked taco skillet
- chicken meatballs and tomato basil protein pasta
- ground beef sweet potato kimchi rice bowl
dessert:
- high protein choc pb ninja cookie creami
- whole milk honey collagen latte
- paleo chocolate chip cookie creami!
