a little over two years ago I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disorder that completely sucked the energy out of me. I was told to either dramatically reduce my stress or I would end up on medication forever. Then I realised I didn’t even know what it meant to slow down and take care of myself. As someone who was forced to grow up to fast as a child, slowing down was way harder than I thought. My body and mind were not used to it and completely rejected it. But I stuck through, and this year was the breakthrough. I have grown so much. I bet on myself even when I didn’t know who she was. I found what happiness within myself could feel like. I traveled the world, I found peace and I found Nyma. Im so thrilled to see what this next year has in store. Im so forever grateful to you all for supporting me these years.
