I'm attempting to consume less meat in order to become a vegetarian. Today I'd want to talk about some of the great changes I've noticed in my health since I started eating less meat and more plant-based foods. ⁣ -Energy: I have more energy now, which allows me to be more active. ⁣ -Weight Management: I was able to keep my weight objective. ⁣ -Maintaining a healthy gut: Plant protein and beneficial substances called polyphenols contained in plant diets assist in the maintenance of a healthy gut (tip from biology class), I've been able to use the restroom on a regular basis since vegetarian diets are frequently heavy in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, and other plant foods, which are high in dietary fiber.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I'm not generally one to attempt to convert others or make them feel bad about eating meat if they enjoy it, but today I simply wanted to share the benefits and how it has helped me.
