Sometimes I feel like a broken record saying these things but I know how important is to repeat it and keep doing the work behind it, staying close to the people. This online space is a powerful tool. I love strategizing with talent, helping them build their brand, teaching them how to grow their community and understand the “talent” is the platform. This next phase of the internet isn’t going to write itself. Time to be owners and authors.
