Evening all. Right, in summer the wheels came off, and I am not feeling my best, so tomorrow I’m back on the healthy eating plan and I’m going to document it. I’m extremely sorry to the very small amount of followers who are triggered by me posting anything diet related, but I feel like so many of you keep asking for this. I have so many people sliding into my DMs saying what I did for the first 2 months of the year was really helpful so I’m going to post what I’m eating and how I’m looking after myself. It’s not an official “diet”, but please dont forget I’ve written 4 healthy eating books and done two massive TV shows on this subject and have had the privilege to work with many of the best nutritionalists and dieticians in the country. I’m going with this ethos of low cal, high protein and good fat rich diet that’s made with low carb fruits and veggies and high fat and fibrous seeds to support gut health, with the odd fasting day here and there. Feel weird having to announce this like this, but I want to shout out to the people who aren’t feeling comfortable about this so they have the option to unfollow or mute. It seems a mega shame, but I absolutely understand and wish everyone all the love. Not promising 3 recipes a day. Not promising full recipes of everything. Just ideas about what to eat and I will be calorie counting 🥰. I get loads out of sharing with you and it defo keeps me on track. Maybe we could create a hashtag? Suggestions below.. Hope you all enjoy and get some inspo. 💘
