Believe it or not, this was my first time stepping foot in @hermitagehotel since moving to Nashville. (You know, it’s only been three years.) And I definitely want to go back for a staycation! The Pink Hermit is, like @drusieanddarr, from culinary tastemaker Jean-Georges. Aka: the food is GOOD. We split the tartare, the crispy sushi, and black truffle pizza. All were 10/10. I definitely want to go back during daytime for their pastries and coffee. Plus, I’m a sucker for monochromatic decor and a pink aesthetic. 💓 @thepinkhermit
