God is good! 5x in a row outdoor 100m hurdles champ. I’m grateful to be healthy & to run a world lead & season’s best. I’ve been working hard on my mental game after having some ups & downs this season. I was able to get back on track with the help from Coach Flo, Dr Zeddies, Dr Noah, family, & friends. #KENIKREW we headed to Worlds. 💜
