Getting real close to getting those 100s on the shoulder press!!
Boulder day is always 🔥
Full Shoulder Routine:
1. DB shoulder press: 3 x 6-8, drop set the last set till failure
2. Standing overhead press: 3 x 6, Superset w/ low row (shown above). Unilateral pulls on each arm before both at the same time. Really trying to connect with our rear delt.
3. Spam Lateral raises: 3 sets of at least 8+ reps. throw in some drop sets. Superset, with Dave pulls on the TRX. TrX perfect for isolating the rest delt and adjusting the tension via your stance during the set.
4. Reverse pec deck flys: 3 x 10-12 reps, at this point rear delts are pumped out, get what you can and be done for day ✅
