Today, @kerastase_official is proud to launch Power Talks, a program designed in partnership with @stepupwomensnetwork to help young women build greater confidence, develop career advancing skills, and establish strong networks. For its first year, Kérastase has pledged $175,000 with Step Up to help equip young women-identifying adults with the tools necessary to define and achieve success on their own terms, including a “flash mentoring” program based on the idea that one powerful conversation can have a profound impact.
