Reflecting on 13 years of building @lachambrehq this month ..and I’m not going to lie. I’m emotional. The ups. The downs. The ups. The changes. Just reflecting on it all - and I’m feeling all the feels. This business, this space ...it’s so personal to me. Sometimes I wish it weren’t but it is. happy 13 years to the agency that is my very first child - i built brick-by-brick on my own in 2009. Scared and unsure i could even do it. But i did. and the gorgeous brands and absolutely amazing humans that have been part of its build internally and the growth. Again. im super emotional about it all. Especially after the last two years we have all had. 🤍 this industry can make you feel so happy. sad. totally replaceable. included. at times, so inconsequential. it’s hard to feel that but in the end - you realize you’re necessary. A piece of the larger puzzle. but a puzzle nonetheless. there have been countless tears, laughs, missteps, mistakes, moments for growth. Im grateful for these 13 years ...what I’ve learned, the people I’ve met and the work we’ve done. and I just keep looking forward towards more. And, Thank you. so so much.
