This time last week me and mumma were running around NYC doing the last bits of shopping!! What an amazing trip we had... I want to go back as soon as possible!🥹❤️ so many of you shared restaurant & other recommendations with me so I wanted to share some back! My favourite restaurants: Balthazar... incredible French restaurant! I had the French onion soup to start (slide 4) and my mum had one of the best meals she’s ever had! Le CouCou was another French restaurant, quite fancy but so lovely ❤️ The Whitby for breakfast!!! We LOVED it, it was so amazing!! Ellen’s Stardust diner is one of my favourite places ever, it’s so much fun and it’s a great laugh! Lafayette Ciprianis Sarabeths for breakfast was really good! I would recommend the one nearer to Central Park though! Buddakan was so nice for something a bit different. We also went to the Ground Zero museum, it was incredibly moving. We spent almost 4 hours in there. It was huge and there was so much to learn. It was extremely sad but I think really important that you go and pay your respects when in NYC. Walking the highline! We loved it, such nice views of New York We also went to Woodbury common for shopping! We got a bus from Times Square, it was amazing we got some good bargains😍 Next time I want to try and get a reservation at Carbone as I’ve heard it’s amazing! We stayed in Midtown / Nomad but next time I’d probably stay more in the Soho area! The area had more shops for us and was more our vibe! Hope that helps anyone heading there soon ❤️ also I just wanted to add - we flew economy and it was honestly brilliant!!! I don’t know why, but I think sometimes looking at people around me, so many of my peers are flying business class left right and centre. And there’s a pressure to do the same... I’m like oh maybe I should spend that money too?? But I just want to say, don’t feel pressure from others on social media!! The flight was brilliant, we were well fed and it was only 6 and a half hours there and 5 hours 50 mins on the way back. Don’t bother spending the money!😂
