This is a throwback to a year ago when I took a screenshot of my camera roll when documenting an illness for my doctor- I thought it looked so ethereal and even if my skin was literally fighting itself and falling off I felt beautiful. I’m not one to have a very large social media presence or do these long posts, but for everyone who deals with auto-immune or allergy disorders that affect you in unpredictable ways, you are more than that and you will get through it. It’s been almost a year since my last complication and I’m finally feeling like I can trust my body/health again. You all got this. ✨
