Not gonna lie that Florida lives up its weird with iguanas skirting all over the place, and leaping fish, and sun-damaged Floridans sifting through sand on the shore looking for shark teeth they could sell on eBay, but for a bit more than a week, I wrote and met some lovely people and my studio looked out to the beach and one morning I saw a dolphin AND a rainbow at the same time and then another evening, I was swimming and saw a dolphin AND a sunset at the same time. It's like I'm living in a souvenir t-shirt. Thankful for Hermitage for giving me time to write before Fall kicks my ass
