I spent a lot of time on skin prep for this look. I used to neglect skin prep for my makeup, but now that I’ve made it a regular part of my routine, makeup is so much more enjoyable to apply! I tried out the Smashbox Photo Finish Illuminate Glow Primer. In direct sunlight, I noticed it has fine shimmers to illuminate my skin. Hearing of a shimmery primer might sound intimidating but I promise it is so subtle and beautiful, even on its own. I think it would be perfect for vacation or any glowy look. I also used the Vasanti glowing boosting serum on top for an extra glow.
