🤫🤫🤫 I don’t want to hurt any feelings BUUUT.... I have yet to find a lightener better for wet balayage than @mastersofbalayage LUNA lightener. Sometimes with wet balayage I would get frustrated because I felt I was just exposing more warmth. Not anymore! LUNA with 10vol Magic Elixir tones that yellow right out and you are left with bright, lifted ends.
