Black Chestnut emergence! Symphylan pressure in the field delays how early we can plant and so we’ve switched to starting these long season soybeans in our greenhouse. We started with just about a dozen of these beautiful Korean beans 8 years ago and slowly through the years have increased our supply. Now we’re able to plant about 1,000 plants each season and actually enjoy these delicious beans with rice throughout the winter.
