Back at it with another #SweetToothSunday recipe! you’ve got to try these healthy Protein Nut Butter Cups 😍🍫🥜 they are simply delicious! Ingredients: *1/3 cup nut butter of choice (you can use peanut, almond, etc. I used Nut & Seed Butter) *1 scoop vegan vanilla @1upnutrition protein (*randi20* saves $$) *1-3 tbsp milk of choice (i used almond milk) *100g Dairy Free Chocolate Chips (I used ‘Enjoy Life’) *1 tbsp coconut oil Instructions: 1. Mix nut butter and protein together, add 1 tbsp milk as needed (this depends how dry your mixture is. I needed 2 as I’m using vegan protein) 2. Microwave chocolate chips & coconut oil for 60 seconds 3. Pour a thin first layer of chocolate in muffin tin, place in fridge for 15 minutes 4. Then add your second layer, the protein nut mixture, patting it down with fingers 5. Pour remaining chocolate mixture on top right after 6. Freeze for 60 minutes, let thaw for 5 - 10 minutes & enjoy! This treat can be kept in a container the fridge for up to 7 days.
