TANZANIA PEABERRY SOUTHERN BLEND - WASHED PROCESS green grape . passion fruit . crisp This coffee is a blend of peaberries from 4-5 washing stations that serve smallholder producers in the southern region in Tanzania. Processing the cherries can be a challenge to farmers in this region and many of them choose to deliver their whole cherry to centralized washing stations. Peaberries are estimated to make up around 5 –10% of a harvest. They are usually sorted and separated during the post-harvest process.
