This isn't skin related but directly impacts your skin and body. I'm so excited to share everything I've learned in the past year about using food as medicine! A few notes about my anti inflammatory diet: it's designed with my body in mind. So it may not work for you 100% BUT it's great to use as a baseline. Rules for my diet include: •protein centric meals •portion of greens and fruit with each meal •5 hour gap between meals •one hour eating windows •under 100g carbs •one hour eating windows •no snacking The greens I use are amazing for skin and body alike. I'll show them to you in my stories. Additionally, @HUM vitamins have really helped my skin and body detox. My health coach @Mashal Khan signs off on all of the above and I consult her before taking any vitamins as well!
