Hi I’m Erika 💖 I’m so happy you’re here, let me introduce myself! I’m a 27 year old lifestyle and wellness content creator, born and raised in Miami and still living here today! I’ve always been passionate about health and wellness but since 2020 I’ve dived into fitness more than ever before. In 2023 I discovered hot pilates and quickly signed up for the next teacher training near me as I was eager to share this passion with everyone around me and within my community. Fast forward to 2025 and I now share daily realistic wellness tips and workout routines on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube for my growing audience of women who are dedicated to bettering themselves. I host in-person events in Miami and occasionally wellness retreats around the world!
