What a week ... #bodycombat 88 in the can .. thanks coach @officialdancohen for creating a nurturing place for growth this week and everyone that put everything on hold to focus hard for this filming . I’ve gotta say the finished product doesn’t show the sweat and struggle and mental battles everyone has had to work through to pull together for this to happen. Staying focused on the outcome that we know everyone eagerly waits for is what helped me this week. I recognise how fortunate we are in Auckland to be in a position to come together.. we didn’t take it lightly and won’t take it for granted . Being back in Studio One ... seeing my friends again .. feeling the live class magic that can’t be explained .. seeing the world 🌎 come online across time zones and join together and workout together .. over 2000 people 🤍 I see you , I feel you and I appreciate you ..
