oufff ~ woh. ..W O W. ⚡️💗 Ok still basking in the resonance of all that Wednesday eve’s WHOLEEARTH ((Knowledge/ Story exhcange)) ✨ POLY-Potluck was. 🥹🥰 together we meditated, nourished, laughed and cried, even took breaks to dance and and roar!!.. all to discuss and collectively process topics like: : : : : : • polyamory as not something u can just turn on and off, but something u * f e e l* in ur capacity and desire to give and receive love, polyam is something tht we hold 🤲🏼 with care. • jealousy as a guiding force toward hidden desire * • polyam. as decolonial, anti-capitalist, deep Self-work so deeply tied to communal work and understanding and rooting for the humanness in one another • the importance of recognizing and nurturing emotions as they show up in the body. ...and so so so much more. @arthurpabastos and I have been exploring diff forms of non-monogamy for 10yrs, and as this circle discussed, the irony of it all is it often feels rly lonely. up until now it’s always felt like a secretive thing. so much shame, judgment and assumptions surround non-monogamy. too often the practice is reduced to just being abt sex or dating, or selfishly being unsatisfied. and I am soooo grateful for the wise tender hearts this event has attracted. the ways this beautiful group, and everyone tht showed interest and msgd me separately are co-nurturing a garden of care, understanding and support to destigmatize these beliefs and collectively build toward more abundant, and conscious ways of loving. hope to see you at the next one!!!! i dream of these circles building communal archives of stories and resources together for more and more ppl to feel supported and SEEN and affirmed by!!! 💗💗💕 observing our personal stories and curiosities as communal resources of care. ~ thank you to everyone that attended & exchanged nourishment. deep bows to @likelygeneral @lengthofacandle for hosting us, @drinkgeezlouise 🍹 for nourishing us + @shopfleure 🌷 for the gifts! 🙏🏼 my heart is so full. in awe of you all, this all. ❣️ #nourishmentexchange #potluck #storytelling #collectivelibrary #resourceshare #polyamory #nonmonogamy #queerpolyamory #relationshipanarchy
