These cookie bars are so chewy, gluten, dairy free and obviously hormonal friendly bc they don’t have inflammatory ingredients plus the healthy fats from almond/coconut flour will prevent you having a higher blood sugar spike! • 👇🏽✨Fudgy Cookie Bars✨ • ɪɴɢʀᴇᴅɪᴇɴᴛꜱ: ✰2 eggs ✰1⁄2 cup creamy peanut butter ✰3⁄4 cup coconut sugar ✰1 tbsp coconut oil ✰1 cup almond flour ✰1⁄3 cup coconut flour ✰1⁄2 tsp baking soda ✰Pinch of salt ✰Cinnamon ✰3⁄4 cup dark chocolate chips ✰1⁄3 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened) • ᴘʀᴇᴘᴀʀᴀᴛɪᴏɴ: •Mix everything and bake at 350F/180C for 20-24 min or until golden!
