Tulum recommendations 🌴🇲🇽 SAVE THIS POST 🫶🏼 hotel : hotel panamara . My favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed. It’s so beautiful . They do different things most days . From beach yoga / beach DJ with paella being cooked ,to movie night with popcorn . They serve food all day (not incl in price of course) and very high standard of food . It’s on the beach , minimalistic decor , friendly staff and stunning pool. BREAKFAST spots : •Panamara ( the smoothie bowl 🫶🏼) John got avo eggs on toast with bacon . •Matcha mama : this is the best smoothie bowl I’ve had in my life (I’ve had many) a must in Tulum (we went here most days) •La zebra for the breakfast burrito (johns rec) it’s on the beach and it’s lovely for early breakfast after sunrise BURRITOS- •Burrito Amore is a HUGE must if you’re into burritos . It’s a taxi 15 mins to the Tulum town and 100% worth the taxi Dinner - •Ilios : Greek food so tasty , very buzzy restaurant and had acrobat’s , performances , fire dancers etc •Gitano : amazing food , dj and two bars , turn into abit of a club vibe from about 10 . One of my fave. Get the wagu meatballs to start •Mezzanine - a taxi 15 from hotel . Amazing Thai food on the water beside beach . Pad Thai and shrip chilli to die for! •Macario - Mexican food super good. Again great vibe and dj - loved it! DRINKS - •Kanan is an absolute must . They have a roof top bar you can see sunset . One side of the bar looks out at the jungle the other at the sea . Our favourite drink of Tulum was here called “Ixchel” •Lots of cute hut jungle style bars the whole way along the road to stop at many do happy hour 2-6 and mojitos here are of course top quality •Batey : if you go burrito amore Batey is just down the road and worth going to for classic and passfruit mojitos . They make their own sugar cane . •Arka : it’s a bar and restaurant we just did cocktails and they were amazing . Nomad : dinner and drinks on the beach 🥹🥰 PRICE : It’s not cheap.
