anxiety is the most annoying 🙄 So here’s the thing - it’s so common to have fears about our kiddos safety. This is a normal part of parenthood! Name a mom who isn’t stressed at some point about safety! But what’s not normal is when those fears start to interfere with your life in big ways like: 〰️ you can’t let yourself fall asleep because you’re worried what will happen 〰️ you *want* to let someone else take care of your baby but you’re scared... so you don’t 〰️ you feel haunted by the scary thoughts in your mind 〰️ you’re having a hard time thinking about anything else 〰️ you feel worried about what these disturbing thoughts mean about you (or the future) Let me know in comments if you relate to this kind of fear!
