For the past year, the team at @esquire has logged thousands of miles crisscrossing the country finding what we believe are the best new restaurants of the year. It's been a lot of work but also a real honor, personally and professionally.. The amount of culinary and creative brilliance shining through these kitchens has been a balm. Restaurants sate not just stomachs but souls. Huge congrats to @gg30000 and the team at @kannrestaurant; @lerocknyc; @atlantafishmonger @baobabfare ; @tatemo_htx @oktaoregon; @valentine_phx @twelvemaine and all the other well deserving restaurants.
