healthy girl grocery essentials 🤍 these are a few of the fruits and veggies, also staple products i always try to keep in the fridge to keep me on track and feeling my best! my main tip to for a healthy week, filled with tasty meals: -plan your meals in advance- every saturday i sit down and plan out my meals for the week, i look for inspiration on socials and decide on 2-3 dinners and 2 lunch options. so cook once and eat twice! this will not only save food waste but save you money too! you go to the supermarket knowing exactly what you need and don’t just buy a bunch of stuff that doesn’t even see you until the end of the week! my favourite foods to have on hand: -greens (pick your faves! i love spinach and broccoli the most.) -fruits (apples for peanut butter, berries for breakfasts, bananas always handy!) -greek yoghurt + cottage cheese (amazing for protein and so easy to add to everything, savory or sweet!) -eggs (you can make egg muffins, omelettes, or just top your dinner with a fried egg! extra protein) -salmon + chicken (my two staple options for protein) -avocado (amazing healthy fats to keep you full, and a superfood for brain power!) -chocolate (a must! always make sure to keep your favorite treats around as this is a lifestyle and not a diet!) let me know if you need any more ideas or recipe options! always here to help you along on your health and wellness journey 🤍 #healthygirl #groceries #health #wellness #healthylifestyle #motivation
