Hello IG friends! 🌟 It’s been a while, so I thought I’d introduce myself to those of you who are new here since I love how people are doing that this year!! I’m Courtney Lupilin (or Courtney Bagby Lupilin in the professional world), the founder and CEO of Little Red Management, where we connect your favorite reality TV stars (and content creators) with top-tier brands✨ After studying Advertising, Communications, and Digital Media at the University of Colorado at Boulder, I ventured into the corporate world at Oracle in San Francisco! After 3 years working in Tech, I decided I finally needed to follow my passion for social media & pursue a career in talent management, especially since I was the biggest “fan girl” out there!😅 In 2018, I ended up moving to Los Angeles where I worked in the industry for about a year then decided to start my own company & founded Little Red Management when I was 25 years old! Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of my favorite talent from shows on ABC, CBS, MTV and Netflix, including The Bachelor Franchise, The Challenge, Big Brother, and Love is Blind. We’ve collaborated with some incredible brands like Disney, Nike, Amazon and Target (to name a few) to create amazing partnerships! On a personal note, I got married in 2023 to my high school sweetheart and I’m now a proud mom to my adorable daughter, Kaylee, who is the most amazing baby ever😭 Thank you all for being part of this journey & to all my friends & family!!
