this past weekend I loaded up a wagon with crystal bowls and head to the lake! 🌊 💫 i had the pleasure of leading some dancey cardio pilates in the trees, and then a introspective slow flow, deep breathwork and soundmeditation at @camptamakwa for the #sohohouseWeekender retreat. . was very humbling to connect with the beautifully vulnerable things tht came up for ppl from our Self-explorations and free writes and be reminded of the powerful gifts of *PLAY and breathwork* and how both can MOVE us - emotionally, spiritually and energetically. 🦞 🍤 🥩 🥂 ⚡️ 🏝 🌳 we FEASTED, belly rubbed, danced and played games like kiddos, skinny dipped on an island and connected & frolicked in/with the forest. ouuuuf ✨✨✨ ty for having me again this year @sohohousetoronto 🙏🏼, the wears and goodies 👖🧘🏻‍♀️@lululemon 💗, @boygirl @jesswithjuice for all the giggles and support & everyone I connected with this wknd 💐💗 weeee tht was fun! • congrats on another beaut round @sansxespoir @sniper_phil @beverleydemelo @chi____ara 💕 ‘til next year! ✌🏼 #sohoretreat #sohoweekender #adultcamp #algonquinlake
