 We made a journey to Cadiz to take part in DESPESQUES 2022 and we made a journey with our minds imagining the future we want. DESPESQUES: The international forum hosted by chef Ángel León at Wakana Lake, in the Natural Park of Los Alcornocales (in Cadiz), ended this Tuesday with an inspiring message for us. Side by side with more than 80 national and international chefs amongst the most influential in the world, we have talked about nature conveying a positive message: it is still possible to allow future generations to have a better natural environment.
