So I went and did it! After years of being uncomfortable in the gym and also having a crippling fear of disappointing my trainer or class leader, I’ve found a PT that is absolutely THE ONE. @its.coachchloe is about to help me get this body snatchéd so y’all better be ready, haha! But on a more serious note, I never throught about it too much but having a PT that understands you as a person but also understands your culture is incredibly important.
