‘’How do you stay motivated’’👇 1️⃣ I’ve found something I genuinely love doing. Training is not a chore or something I ‘have’ to do. I want to do it! I love the feeling it gives me and I have gotten the best results of my life from weight lifting. 2️⃣ I’ve created strong rituals and habits so I show up even when I don’t feel like it. Waking up early, going to the gym first thing is a non-negotiable. Even if I don’t feel like going, 9/10 I feel better afterwards. Start with small promises to yourself and show up. This will build your confidence and trust in yourself & you can make bigger & bigger goals over time. 3️⃣ I have my purpose AKA my ‘why’. I want to be the best version of myself and show that you CAN be strong & have muscle on a vegan diet. I have a strong goal and I’d be letting myself down if I didn’t go. Find your ‘why’ —> maybe you’ve come out of a relationship and want to be the best you can be or you want to be the best you can for your family and the people around you!
