✨Golden Chai Date Shake for Recovery✨
Whether I'm recovering from a big day on the bike, in the kitchen, or from Life (yep, capital L) my goal is the same: get my body + mind back to balance. Sounds simple, but a lot of things need to align in the body for complete recovery to take place. And this 4-ingredient golden elixir helps me do it all.
The secret ingredient is @wearerasa Recovery Tonic which helps my body to:

Here’s the recipe!👇🏼
(hint: tweak the ice + milk depending on how thick you want your shake!)
• 8oz brewed @wearerasa Recovery Tonic
• 4oz unsweetened almond milk OR whole fat A2dairy milk
• 3 pitted medjool dates
• 1/4 tsp each ground cardamom + ground cinnamon
• fat pinch of sea salt
• 1/4 tsp vanilla paste or extract (optional)
• 1 cup ice cubes (plus more, as desired)
Brew your Recovery Tonic according to package directions. Add 4oz to a blender along with all of the other ingredients. Blend on high until smooth + creamy. Enjoy immediately, and often. 🙌🏽
