WHAT YOU NEED: * 2 large planters * 2 small planters * 2-4 bags potting soil * 18-20 flowers (i used about 9-10 flowers for each planter) * Water * 2 solar fountain pumps DIRECTIONS: 1. Fill your large planters with soil (optional, add recycling products at the bottom to fill the space then add your soil on top) 2. Add your smaller planter on top then surround your planter with flowers of choice. 3.
