Dine Out Vancouver 2022 3️⃣ Honey Salt @honeysaltvancouver, a nice cozy place tucked inside @parqvancouverbc casino. •BC GOATS CHEESE TART •KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN •BLACK TRUFFLE MAC & CHEESE Out of the three, I liked the mac and cheese and the Korean fried chicken. Kfc was sweet and spicy! Finger lickin good! The Mac and cheese should've been an entree on its own. It was huge and very filling and also who doesn't like truffles!? •WILD MUSHROOM RISOTTO WITH ROASTED SCALLOPS •BRAISED SHORT RIB By far the Risotto was the winner out of the two. I think the short Rib fell a little short and looking a little sad on that plate. •COCONUT LIME CHEESECAKE •BROOKIE Enjoyed both desserts. The Brookie is very chocolate heavy. Whereas the Cheesecake was very refreshing and tart from the lime bug also you get that coconut flavour from the crust.
