The week I took off social media, I was up north celebrating the marriage of two very special people. I had been so consumed by work and my phone that I wanted to enjoy these moments with a clear mind. I wanted to live in the moment and not pay attention to what other peoples lives consisted of. Our phones and social media are only going to suck us in more and more as time goes on. We have to learn how to disconnect from time to time before we are unable to realize what it’s doing to us 🖤 send this to someone that needs to hear it.
