The 2022 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) rankings are out, and we are proud to be recognised as a Sector Leader for listed Retail Centres: Shopping Centre entities in Oceania. We were also ranked third globally, in the 2022 Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) in the listed retail category! It all comes as we realise results, including reducing our energy intensity by 27% and carbon intensity by 38% since June 2016 and growing partnerships with Supply Nation and Social Traders, helping to procure $1.3 million through Social and Indigenous enterprises during FY22.
