How often do you daydream? How often do you give yourself the time and space to block out the noise and zero in on your own vision for your life and business? With so much noise around us on the regular, we can often find ourselves always in “go mode” and not stopping to check in with ourselves. To ask the hard questions. To look at the things we may not want to face within ourselves and our circumstances. Starting this Thursday, I’m hosting free weekly visioning sessions I’m calling The Reset. Whenever you feel like you’re in need of a reset or a space to decompress and express what’s on your heart for your business, I’ll be here. Or if you just need to take some time to ask yourself how you’re actually doing and make sure that you have a vision for where you’re going, I’ll be here. If there’s one thing you can always count on me for, whether we eventually work together or not, it’s #authenticity, transparency, and genuine support. I don’t think there’s enough of that in business these days. Everything is always about #scaling and growing and cutting out “unscalable things” like actually spending 1:1 time with people - so much that it’s like we’ve removed the humanity from business. Social media keeps so many of us jaded by these smoke and mirrors but if you peeled back the layers from some of these people, you’ll find lots of money but empty lives. So many of us have corporate work trauma because the business started off with small, humble beginnings where employees and customers were treasured, but as the business “scaled” it became less about serving and all about selling and pleasing shareholders. I know that there are other #Entrepreneurs like me out there who want to put the heart and soul back into business. Who want to build a #business full of vision, purpose and authenticity from the start - and to correct it or pivot immediately when things start to stray from that. I hope to connect with these same people through my weekly #visioning sessions. We don’t need to know each other. You don’t need to put on makeup (I probably won’t 🤣). You don’t even have to turn your camera on or speak in the session. You just need to show up and be.
