I’m not against them watching tv. They watch tv probably too much most days. I mean let’s be real, that’s how I get a lot of work done. HOWEVER I really wanted to start taking some of that tv time away. So I literally just made a schedule in my notes and stuck to it. I filled our day with different things making no room for the tv. I did set a time for them to have a little tv break but they were so caught up in independent play the tv was not needed! Honestly just documenting because I am proud of us! Going to continue this schedule and I hope it helps to have as little/no tv as possible!!!
