Shed those outer layers and reveal your internal courage.” There is always a piece of me in every workout I design . This one was special. I had been in solo isolation for two months as Auckland experienced it’s first delta wave. No physical contact with anyone and not leaving my house either. I really wanted and needed a hug 🤗 I’d had a rough July and lockdown came hard for me in August . So when I say I poured my heart into this workout we recorded , be sure to know I did . The three of us went hard and threw down the best and left the rest of us on that floor.
