Off Road Cooking - Pig Shots
Ingredients:
1 chorizo
6 slices streaky bacon
1 onion
2 jalapeño chillies
Grated cheese
Your favourite bbq sauce
Method:
1. Finely dice the onion and chillies
2. Slice the ends off the chorizo and then into 6 even slices
3. Wrap bacon around the chorizo slices to create a shot glass. Hold bacon in place with a toothpick
4. Fill shots with onion, chilli and grated cheese
5. Add a dash of bbq sauce
6. Place in a camp oven and cook with high heat for about 20 minutes, checking every 5 minutes
