I took a class that reminded me how fun yoga is and how much I’ve missed it. Sometimes life gets so crazy that you forget the things that used to ground you. As a yoga teacher trainee, I actually didn’t get to practice as much as I wanted to. But today makes me excited to reconnect with yoga in the way that first made me fall in love with it.
