Step 2: Apply GLOW CREAM BASE onto the higher cheekbones with a beauty sponge, dense face brush, or fingers. Step 3: Layer DREAM GLOW HIGHLIGHTER over the GLOW CREAM BASE using a highlighting brush or fingers. Can also be applied to the bridge of the nose, cupid’s bow, & brow bones.
