a love letter to my clients: i’m moving... “bittersweet” is the word that comes to mind as i try to write this. on one hand this news is something i’ve waited nearly ten years to say. on the other hand it’s officially closing a chapter. an entire decade of my life spent mainly with those of you who have sat in my chair. it may come to no surprise that i am going out west. if you haven’t heard me go on and on about BC i can assure you i was holding it in. i had every intention of working behind the chair until the end of september however there are just some things you can’t control. i am going to spend some much needed time with my family before moving across the country. now that I ripped the band-aid off, i am here to soothe any anxiety about finding someone new. you can continue to #havethegoodhair @lambsalonto as they are happy to have you. if you have any further questions, concerns, require formulas or need direction please do not hesitate to reach out. my priority is maintaining what we’ve started. i know you i know your hair, i can’t for the life of me remember where your part is — BUT i’ve got your best interest at heart. here come the waterworks... thank you for your loyalty, your trust, every time you referred a friend or brought your mom, thank you for having me at your wedding, calling me when we thought the world was ending, thank you for congratulating me and grieving with me. thank you for giving a teenage girl from Stoney Creek her biggest dream — to make something of herself in Toronto — i can’t say “this was wilder than i could have ever imagined” because each of you made it everything i thought it would be.
